Es Ornella Refund Policy

At Es Ornella, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item(s), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
